Transferring from old computer to new computer

Good morning,
I purchased a new computer. I would like to put Diarium on it. I purchased the program for use on this current computer. How do I get it onto the new computer as well as all of my journal entries from the past? Thank you.

I am not great at this...I would appreciate a clearer direction. I found something that said that I needed to make a backup and put it in the cloud? Then, it said that it was answered in the pro version of the FAQ, where would I find that? Do I need to buy a new version?

This is a bit hard for me. I looked at the FAQ and it says that it would be found in the pro faq...when I went there it was all in German? Am I looking in the right place? Also, it says that I need to back it up to the cloud or import it? Can I save it to a usb and transfer it that way? Do I need to buy a new version?

I am a bit confused. The link I posted above points to the English FAQs, not the German FAQs.

And the Pro version FAQs can be found here. Where exactly are you stuck? I recommend using the Cloud Sync on all your devices. But you can also create a backup file, put it on a USB, transfer it to your new PC and import it there
