I can’t find that this is an existing bug.
Downloaded on my MacBook Air first, 12.6.2 air m2
Then iPhone 13 Pro 16.0.3
I had been writing on my laptop for a few days before switching to my phone. Now I’m product activated I want to have the convenience of being able to use this cross device.
I tried to purchase pro on my laptop (which is connected to the internet). It kept erroring and failing. £8.99.
So I tried on my phone in the hope that I’d be able to sync from there. £5.99. Although slow (3s+ load time), I was able to purchase my license for the app.
I went to my computer to see if that had synced. Restarted both. Both on same iCloud. Hasn’t synced, can’t access cross device. Not sure what else to check. Can you help?
