Lost weather text description since 24 jan

I really like the long text weather forecast. Since 24/1/23 it's showing as just a digital symbol and max / min temperature. How do I select to get the more detailed long text format version of the weather forecast back again? It is a diary for writing after all.
Diarium version: 2.9.47
OS + version: Android 13 (Google pixel 6 pro mobile phone)

This is not a bug.
As I announced with the "Whats new" dialog, Diarium now uses a new Weather provider (Apple Weather).
The old weather provider (Dark Sky) was bought by Apple and will be shut down completely in 2 months. So I had no other option than to switch. Apple Weather does not have the weather text.

My personal opinion: The weather text was inaccurate most of the time anyways and the new weather data features the daily min temperature, which was not included in the old weather.

Thank you for the clarification. The problem is that the new one does not show weather symbol (sun / cloud rain) if it's also windy. Can that be addition requested?
Is there a way to get historic 2022 data from the old system? It was actually very accurate for my location and I rely on it for something I do.

timo it is sad that as usual the big tech companies gobble something up and break it. I miss the daily summary, so now I write my own!

Kiri The new weather does also show a weather symbol. Actually, the new weather supports more different weather symbols than the previous one.
But what weather symbol is shown is determined by Apple Weather, not me

Please could you explain what the two different numbers are on the new system Timo? I've looked, but can't find this anywhere, and there doesn't seem to be an intuitive answer (unless I'm being stupid). Today, for my area, for example, it says "10 / 3 C"?

It's the daily max and min temperature. I thought about making this more clear in the weather exactly but wasn't able to come up with anything that would make sense and isn't too long. Let me know if you have a suggestion.

Most weather apps & websites are using two temperatures (some with the slash separator) as well. It's more clear when the numbers have colors (green for max, red for min) or using a larger font for the max temperature. Unfortunately both is not really possible given the constraints of the "tag" view.

Sorry you wanted to know the day that it didnt show the temperature?
If that is the case, for any day, it never shows the temperature.

Oh my, so simple. Thanks and sorry, I searched many things but not that one.
Now I read the faq, but got a couple more doubts, like, do I have to click all the time to show the location? (so it can show the temperature)

Is there a way to set my location by default, so it can also get the temperature when I'm in desktop?

And one last one, is the temperature download in realtime? It it is, is there an option to save the information in the note itself, so I can see those info even when I'm offline? (This last question I was wondering for most of the info the shows in the note from other software, like google fit app and also from the calendar. I think it would be great to have them saved with the note)

Thanks a lot for the software, this is the first time Im truly able and excited to write everyday, something that was not happening with journey, and I also integrated diarium into my work.

The weather is stored in the database, so it will remain when you are offline
