The search keyword is already highlighted in search, however it might not be visible in the list as the list items only shows the first part of your entry (which isn't necessarily the part with the keyword) - unless you enabled "show full entries in timeline" in the settings.
Unfortunately, it's not trivial to only show the relevant part of the entry in the result list
