I have entries going back several years. If I scroll back in the Calendar view to find a particular date, then switch to the Timeline view, it takes me back to the current date, then I have to scroll back (again) through the timeline to get to the period I'm interested in. That is pretty frustrating. Even if I open a particular date to the edit view, there is no synchronization between timeline and calendar views when I leave that view.
