Filter shown tags on search bar and tags menu

Currently if I want to search for posts with more than one tag, I need to scroll an enormous list which includes all my tags, trackers and people (probably around 200 values). There should be an option to filter the tags with another search bar:

Same thing should be added to tags / trackers / people menu:

Crossoni, I highly appreciate your effort in doing a mockup of how it will look like. We have the same idea.
