There is not enough cloud storage space in order to download the database

I just purchased the windows version and tried to sync it with my IOS version and this error popped up. I saw this error mentioned on the FAQ but there wasn't any resolution.

Well, there is not enough cloud storage space in your iCloud (or whatever sync option you used). You need to delete some files on there or purchase additional storage space from Apple.

I do have enough cloud storage in one drive, 8 TB in fact, and the Diarium database is on 1,5 GB, yet it keeps giving me this message. I have detailed problem in bugs message. It is driving me nuts.
