Option not to close entry when saving

It would be great if Diarium had an option of not closing the journal entry after hitting Ctrl-S to save.

I often save the entry to be sure I don't lose it. After it closes, I have to open it again, which is inefficient and somewhat annoying.

Diarium version: 2.9.37.0
Operating system: Windows

By the way, thank you for listening to your users and changing the placeholder texts.

There should be no need of manually saving it. The app should always save it automatically, even if the app crashes.

I also save by habit and I didn't like that it closed my entry. I'm used to Microsoft Office where saving just saves the document but doesn't close it. If saving is not required, I guess it makes sense to remove this function and button.
