Import from Diaro - help needed for a tech novice

Having just installed Diarium today, V 2.9.37
On my android mobile V 13
I have just tried to do the following:

Migrate from other app
Diaro
Dropbox
In my Dropbox are 2 files:
1) Diaro (which is empty)
2) apps: containing 3 files:
backup
media (photo(s))
data (which are: attachments, folders, moods, template, entries, locations, tags)

My questions are 1) what do I choose, and 2) how I then move the data across?
Plus 3) how do I ensure I still have access to all my data on Diaro afterwards?

You need to export/backup your Diaro data from the Diaro app. It will export as a .zip file.
You need to select that zip file using the "migrate from other app" button in Diarium.
You can keep using Diaro after migrating the data to Diarium
