LucasZuliani If you were charged twice for the same platform (please note that iOS and macOS are two different platforms), then you certainly did use two different accounts. You can double check that on your accounts purchase history (I posted the links in the first post). You will see that something like "Pro version (iOS)" will not show up twice in the same purchase history list.
If there's anything to improve the FAQ text above (or anything else that could reduce confusion or frustration), please let me know

Simply buy the Pro version through the Android app, using your Google Play account. Are there any problems doing so?

I purchased the Diarium app for my Mac and iPad, but I am not able to load it on my iPhone. Doesn't the iOS version work on both iPad and iPhone? I can see it in my purchase history on my phone. Thanks.

PSA The iOS Pro version does work on both iPhone and iPad - as long as you have the same App Store account. It's explained in the top post how to restore the Pro version

SunilKumar Please see the suggestions above. I don't think there is a bug in the Pro version logic. Maybe you bought it on another device or platform

I just bought the pro version on my android phone. If I want it to sync it to the Windows desktop app, do I have to buy the pro version for windows too? And will they then sync? Is that a straight forward process? ALso where do I buy the pro version for windows if necessary?

I bought the pro version on iPhone and I'm trying to buy it on my Mac as well but I don't see anywhere I can purchase a pro version on Mac. The App Store only offers "open" as an option and I don't see a separate pro version purchase option. I've clicked around in Diarium on my Mac under "Preferences," "Sync," and "Settings," and I don't see a purchase option there either.

Coombs You can buy the Pro version on macOS in the Diarium app itself, using the "Pro version" button on the side bar (right next to the "sync now" and "Settings" buttons). If it's not there, this means you have already bought it - maybe some time ago and you forgot about it? 🙂
