Felix6 It should depend on if you have the "show time of entries" setting enabled. But I noticed that it would still only export the date to the docx files (it works as expected for html and txt exports). Will fix that for the docx exports with the next update

Thanks. Yes, I've confirmed on my end the times export in txt format. I can always copy and paste into a Word document until you make the update.

I don't mind paying separately for Android and Windows, especially since it's very reasonably priced and just a one-time payment. I'm giving Diarium a try after experiencing some technical problems with Journey. I just want a reliable journal app. So far, so good!

AvinashR With one of the recent updates (1 month ago) I changed the wording of the button, since then I have received much less negative feedback about it not being clear enough. What do you think?

Just using it for two days has filled me with hope that I will be able to journal my thoughts and plans from now on, and keep track of my life better. I purchased the app in the App Store (Pro version) and also from the Microsoft Store, but I still can't sync the app on my Windows PC with the one on my iPhone. It just keeps loading, as shown in the picture below. Could you help me clarify this problem ?

luffyX What is that QR code in your screenshot? Why did you only include the bottom part of the screen in the screenshot? It looks like some iCloud authentication that might not be supported (I have never seen this before). I would recommend using another sync method when using the app on Windows (e.g. OneDrive)

I already set up a payment method but I can't seem to complete the purchase.

CherylRose that sounds like a problem with the Play Store. Diaroum shows that message when it cannot connect to the Play Store service

timo Here it says that you cannot purchase the app two times on the same platform, and that if Premium is not working you can do the purchasing process for reactivate it. That's what I did, and surprise, I SPENT TEN DOLLARS AGAIN. I'm sad because I'm not in a situation in which ten dollars means nothing for me, it means a lot (I'm from Latin America). 0 stars, I hate it

LucasZuliani If you were charged twice for the same platform (please note that iOS and macOS are two different platforms), then you certainly did use two different accounts. You can double check that on your accounts purchase history (I posted the links in the first post). You will see that something like "Pro version (iOS)" will not show up twice in the same purchase history list.
If there's anything to improve the FAQ text above (or anything else that could reduce confusion or frustration), please let me know

Simply buy the Pro version through the Android app, using your Google Play account. Are there any problems doing so?
