Feeds/events option in search page filter.

I integrated strava and diarium showing the data
But when i try to search the same using search view i couldn’t find neither by location nor tags of strava.

Entry has tag taken from strava but same is not found in search page.

I know that it just fetches based on date but there should be an option in filters to show feed/events feed as an option that is enabled in settings.

All the feeds/events that are enabled should be part of search filters.

Diarium version: 2.9.34
OS + version: ios 16

Diarium would have to load all the feed data at once, for the whole time period of your journal, in order to filter by that data. This would not only cost a lot of data, it would also take a long time and probably violate the terms of services of the integrated services, because the app is sending too many requests in short time to get all the data.
Very unlikely that I can implement this feature request, unless I decide to permanently store the feed data in the database, which could lead to other problems (data deleted from service will still be visible in app + broken links etc...)

Timo, would a toggle switch option in "feeds and events" with the option to show all feeds/events below the tags (in timeline view) be possible or would it involve loading all the feed data at once as you mentioned above?

The reason I am asking is because as I scroll through my entries I would at least be able to see those entries which have "Strava" data or "TrakT" data and although this is less than ideal if you have thousands of entries, at least you would be able to find entries with the data you are looking for.

Understood the complications that we get.

My idea:
Is it possible to create/add tag automatically to an entry when there is strava/other data for each date and this tag can appear in search page filter and then corresponding entries in the results.

I don’t mind if the data gets deleted in strava but diarium keeps that entries without strava data along with the tag.

But others may not agree with this.

Just a thought. Please ignore, if it doesn’t make sense.

EAPTCB It would also incur a ton of network request and loading because the data isn't available locally in the database
