I'm running Window 11 and cannot get Diarium to download from MicroSoft Store. The error code I get is Code: 0x80D03801.

Sounds like a bug of the Microsoft Store. The Microsoft Store does the app download, I have absolutely no influence on the process. I would suggest contacting Microsoft Support.
Did you try to google the error code and try what is suggested in the web? Did you try to reset the Microsoft Store?
Got it fixed. My Win 11 PC was choking on a big Windows cumulative download. Tried everything under the sun to no avail, but now I'm all good! I'm lovin' this app all ready. Thanks, Timo!
