download Diarium without using the windows store

Hi, I recently purchased the app on my cell phone, but I can't find a way to download the desktop version.
When I go to the Microsoft Store, it asks me to buy the app again, even though I already did it on my cell phone.
Is there a way to download it without having to pay twice?

Hello Timo and a happy new year. I bought Diarium on iOS and Windows. Now I have deleted my Windows account and no longer has access to Diarium. It doesn't even open anymore. Since this binding to the Windows account and downloading everything via the App Store annoys me anyway: Where do I currently get an installation file and how do I prove that I bought the app?

Da mich diese Bindung an das Windows Konto und alles über den App Store zu laden ohnehin nervt: Wo bekomme ich aktuell eine Installationsdatei her und wie weise ich nach, dass ich die App gekauft habe?

I have a confirmation from Microsoft about the payment with order number, but no license key. Probably manages Microsoft and I don't have the account anymore.

gruebler When you deleted your Microsoft account that had the Diarium license connected with it, that license is gone, too. You need to purchase the app through the link I posted above.

gruebler It's noted in the FAQs that the Pro version is linked to your Store account:

The Pro version license is bound to the respective App Store account (e.g. on Windows: your Microsoft account).

This is nothing special about Diarium, essentially every app works the same way

Ja, nichts gegen die App oder dich. Mich nervt dieser Windows App Store. Hätte ich gleich direkt kaufen sollen. Werde ich auch nochmal machen, einfach zu viel drinnen mittlerweile und eine gute Entwicklung.

Hi Timo, ich habe die App auf meinem vorherigen Windows Rechner installiert, jetzt habe ich einen neuen Rechner, und kann nirgends eine Installationsdatei finden. Ich habe im Microsoft Store meine Rechnung gefunden, aber beim Klick darauf komme ich nur erneut zur Kaufseite für die App. Ist das so, dass ich es für jeden Rechner neu kaufen muss? Oder ist es so gedacht, dass ich nur für jedes Betriebssystem neu kaufen muss?

indivisuell If the Store asks you again to buy, then there's no Pro version linked to the account you have active in the Microsoft Store App. The purchase is per operating system, not per device

VictorWesterhout the Gumroad alternative is causing more costs and support load on my side. That's why it's priced higher. You can get the app through the Microsoft store. What's the problem when trying to buy it there?
